Inspiration for this beer came from something you’d least expect. Maybe the way the flavours come forward? No, it’s actually from a room within the brewery, which is an old style, 19th century design, given the name sawtooth. This beer is big on pineapple flavours and citrus, whilst still refreshingly dry.
