TURNER STILLHOUSE

With an extensive family history steeped in distilling in Northern California, Justin founded Turner Stillhouse with the ambition to create consistently awesome spirits each and every time, fusing the art of craft spirits with modern technology.

Brett is a native Tasmanian with an extensive brewing background and serves alongside Justin as Turner Stillhouses’s co-distiller. For many years, Brett worked for Tasmania’s biggest brewery and is a self-confessed ‘liquor enthusiast’.

Turner Stillhouse launched off the back of their contemporary Three Cuts Gin, an award-winning gin variety distilled with Tamar Valley roses, Australian limes and 12 botanicals. This flavour combination stands out as uniquely distinct compared to other brands of Tasmanian gin.

Their plans are to expand into other spirits as well and with the launch of their own distillery, they also intend to offer make-your-own gin masterclasses and educational tours.
