Essentially this is a farmhouse ale with funk. Spritzy Saison in nature, this beer also holds Brettanomyces. A favourite among full-on beer lovers who enjoy that big funky flavour that reminds them of that wonderful Orval Trappist beer flavour. As this beer is great now, I wonder how it will taste in a year or two, as this brewery actually knows how to use this difficult and temperamental yeast.
